Strip & wax. A floor's finish is its last line of defense against damage and staining. Once traffic and spills wear through the finish, the VCT or rubberized flooring underneath starts to stain and degrade. We strip the worn finish and lay down fresh protection — recommended at least once a year for low-to-medium-traffic floors, every 4–6 months for high-traffic areas, and always customized to your facility.
Buffing & polishing. If your floors have lost their luster, buffing renews the surface to a glossy, "wet" look and restores the shine on most hard-floor types.
Carpet cleaning & steaming. Replacing carpet is a major investment; regular cleaning removes the embedded dirt that causes fading and staining over time. We pair experienced crews with current equipment to get carpets and rugs genuinely clean.
Window cleaning. Interior and exterior — including an eco-friendly exterior process that uses only purified water to absorb smudges without leaving streaks behind.
Special services are quoted individually so you pay for exactly the scope you need — as a one-time project or a scheduled program (quarterly carpets, annual strip & wax). Existing clients can request project work directly through Client Requests.
